Annual Ethics Policy Review

Body

Pursuant to section 2-128 (b) of the Code of Ordinances of the City of La Crosse regarding the Code of Ethics, adopted February 12, 1981, it is required that:

"Each Public Officer, the President of the Common Council, the Chairman of each Board, Commission or Agency and the Head of each Department, shall between January 1^st and January 31^st, each year, review the provisions of this Code himself and with his fellow Council, Board, Commission, Agency members or Subordinates as the case may be, and certify to the City Clerk by February 15^th that such annual review had been undertaken."
