Mayor Reynolds called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m.

Approval of Minutes  
A motion was made by Trost, seconded by Neumann, to approve the minutes  
of December 2, 2021. The motion carried.

Update and Discussion on Status of Boundary Agreement Negotiations with  
Surrounding Communities

Following such closed session, the Committee and/or Council may reconvene in open

A motion was made by Neumann, seconded by Trost, to convene in closed  
session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(e) to formulate & update negotiation  
strategies and parameters. The motion carried unanimously on roll call vote.
