Notices and Discussions  
Sleznikow noted the La Crosse Earth Fair on April 28th in Myrick Park. Schwarz noted  
the Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women Awareness day event on May 5th in  
Burns Park. Mayor Reynolds noted the 2023 Annual Report from La Crosse Library and  
thanked Library Director Shanneon Grant. He added that the City was recognized in  
the Municipality Magazine for receiving a Sustainability Award from the Sustainability  
Institute and that the City received a financial award from the Bloomberg  
Philanthropies Youth Climate Action Fund. Reynolds added that he hosted the  
Interagency Council on Homelessness meeting this week with Lieutenant Governor  
Sara Rodriguez and thanked staff and those present for participating. Reynolds noted  
that April 27th is the annual Neighbors Day clean-up. Lastly, Reynolds noted the  
ribbon cuttings and groundbreakings for the Cinnaire project at 4th and Jackson, the  
MSP RiverPoint project, and the Kids Coulee playground at Myrick Park.
