Election of Officers  
A motion was made by Happel, seconded by Neumann, to nominate Mayor  
Mitch Reynolds as Chair. Unanimous consent.  
A motion was made by Happel, seconded by Neumann, to nominate Mayor  
Mitch Reynolds as Vice Chair. Unanimous consent.  
Approval of Minutes  
A motion was made by Happel, seconded by Janssen, to APPROVE the minutes  
of July 21, 2020. Unanimous consent.  
Agenda Items:  
Resolution approving 2022 Operating Budget.

Following presentation by the Director of Finance Valerie Fenske, a motion  
was made by Happel, seconded by Neumann, direct the Mayor to develop  
recommendations to bring to the Board of Estimates one of which much reflect  
a no tax rate increase. The motion carried unanimously.  
A motion was made by Schwarz, seconded by Sleznikow, to ADOPT the Board  
of Estimates meeting dates. The motion carried unanimously.

A motion was made by Sleznikow, seconded by Schwarz, to ADJOURN. The  
motion carried unanimously.
