Mayor Reynolds called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m.

Approval of Minutes  
A motion was made by Schwarz, seconded by Trane, to APPROVE minutes of  
June 3, 2023. The motion carried unanimously.  
Agenda Items:  
Finding & Order to install all-way STOP at several downtown intersections  
during the 2nd Street reconstruction project. These intersections include 2nd  
Street South & King Street, 2nd Street South & Market Street, and Front  
Street South & Market Street.

A motion was made by Gallager, seconded by Trane, to APPROVE. The motion  
carried by the following vote:  
5 - Trane, Hameister, Gallager, Reynolds,Schwarz  
Yes:  
229 3rd Street North SPP request for Street and Sidewalk Cafe and Awning in  
right of way.

A motion was made by Gallager, seconded by Trane, to APPROVE (with the  
condition that the proper permits are applied for). The motion carried by the  
following vote:

Yes:  
Request from Wisconsin Department of Transportation for use of Losey  
Boulevard (NHS) as part of the detour for USH 14 (South Ave) reconstruction  
project (ID # 1641-02-72, 82) to accommodate installing a new water main  
and railroad panels south of Green Bay St between June 22th through June  
26th or from July 6th through July 10th depending on railroad timeline from 9  
pm to 5 am, 2023.

A motion was made by Gallager, seconded by Schwarz, to APPROVE. The  
motion carried by the following vote:
