Approval of Minutes
A motion was made by Janssen, seconded by Happel,. The motion carried on
voice vote.
Agenda Items:
Resolution approving an appropriation of the City's ARPA monies earmarked
for childcare to go towards a one-year contract with The Parenting Place.
(Note: The Committee and/or Council may convene in closed session pursuant to Wis.
Stat. 19.85(1)(e) to formulate & update negotiation strategies and parameters.
Following such closed session, the Committees and/or Council may reconvene in open
session.)

Attachments:
A motion was made by Morrison, seconded by Janssen, that the Grant
Agreement be amended to include review and approval by the EDC of the
programs associated with 'Financial support to child care businesses' prior to
the programs' implementation. The motion carried by voice vote.
A motion was made by Janssen, seconded by McKenney, that the Resolution
be ADOPTED AS AMENDED . The motion carried by voice vote.
