Request for Boulevard Grade Exemption for Kramer St.  
A motion was made by Gallager, seconded by Schwarz, to APPROVE. The  
motion carried by voice vote.  
2022 VARC Agreement Approval.  
A motion was made by Schwarz, seconded by Gallager, to APPROVE. The  
motion carried by voice vote.  
Approval for sending a Letter of Support for Xcel Energy’s new Empower  
Solutions Suite.  
A motion was made by Schwarz, seconded by Gallager, to APPROVE. The  
motion carried by voice vote.  
Request for Temporary Street Privilege Permit for the partial closure of State  
Street and traffic shift on 3rd Street N for roof repairs to the Wettstein building  
by Interstate Roofing through April 22, 2022.

A motion was made by Gallager, seconded by Schwarz, to APPROVE. The  
motion carried by voice vote.  
Request for a Long term Street Privilege Permit for the closure of Mississippi  
Street between 11th St S and West Avenue for the Mayo Bed Tower  
construction by Knutson Construction through August 7, 2024.  
A motion was made by Gallager, seconded by Schwarz, to APPROVE. The  
motion carried by voice vote.  
Accept Quote for Biennial Vehicle Bridge Inspections.

A motion was made by Gallager, seconded by Schwarz, to REFER to the Board  
of Public Works on 3/21/2022. The motion carried by voice vote.  
Public Hearing - Application of Gerke Excavating for a Limited Exemption for  
Construction Noise relating to dewatering operations for removal of  
groundwater in order to install manholes in the area of 700 George St. and the  
intersection of George and Hagar Streets.  
A motion was made by Gallager, seconded by Schwarz, to APPROVE. The  
motion carried by voice vote.
