Mayor Reynolds called the meeting to order at 10:00AM.

A motion was made by Schwarz, seconded by Trane, to APPROVE minutes of  
September 25, 2023. The motion carried unanimously.

AN ORDINANCE to amend Section 44-71 of the Code of Ordinances of the

City of La Crosse concerning the speed limit on a section of County Highway  
B.  
A motion was made by Gallager, seconded by Schwarz, that the Ordinance be  
APPROVED . The motion carried on a vote of 4 to 1 (Dickinson voted No).  
Resolution authorizing public improvement and levying special assessments  
against benefited property in La Crosse, Wisconsin - Sanitary Sewer  
Construction on 21st Street S.

motion carried unanimously.

Construction on St. Cloud Street.  
A motion was made by Gallager, seconded by Trane, to APPROVE. The motion  
carried unanimously.  
Finding & Order to Amend 2-Hour parking with Reserved ADA Parking zone  
on the North side of 400 block of Jay Street, from a point 145 feet east of the  
east line of 4th Street S, to a point 20 feet easterly thereof.
