Approval of Minutes  
A motion was made to APPROVE the minutes of July 25, 2022. The motion  
carried.

Bidder's Proof of Responsibility.  
A motion was made by Gallager, seconded by Kahlow, to APPROVE. The

Construction Contract Final Payments.  
A motion was made by Kahlow, seconded by Gallager, to APPROVE. The  
motion carried by voice vote.  
Resolution and report of the Board of Public Works on the costs of operating  
and maintaining the parking system in downtown La Crosse.  
A motion was made by Gallager, seconded by Kahlow, that this Resolution be  
RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED. The motion carried by voice vote.  
Sanitary Sewer District #1 Rates for the year July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022.

A motion was made by Gallager, seconded by Kahlow, to APPROVE. The  
motion carried by voice vote.  
Finding & Order to reestablish 2-Hour Parking, 8 A.M. to 6 P.M., Except Sat.,  
Sun., & Hol. on the West side of the 600 block of 23rd Street N.  
A motion was made by Gallager, seconded by Schwarz, that this Finding &  
Order be APPROVED. The motion carried by voice vote.  
125 2nd Street South - Street Privilege Permit request for Street Cafe.

A motion was made by Gallager, seconded by Kahlow, to APPROVE. The  
motion carried by voice vote.  
Finding & Order to Amend existing traffic control at intersection of Moore  
Street & Bud Hendrickson Trail with an All-way STOP control.  
A motion was made by Kahlow, seconded by Schwarz, to APPROVE. The  
motion carried by voice vote.  
TAK Communications permission request to excavate in recently paved 8th  
street if unavoidable.

motion carried by voice vote.  
Request to reschedule the date for the Fall City Auction from October 8th to  
the new date of Saturday, September 10th with viewing at 9:00AM and the  
auction at 10:00AM.
