Approval of Minutes  
A motion was made by Gallager, seconded by Schwarz, to APPROVE the  
minutes of April 25, 2022. The motion carried by voice vote.

Construction Contract Final Payment.

A motion was made by Gallager, seconded by Schwarz, to APPROVE. The  
motion carried by voice vote.  
Request to dispute snow shoveling charges for the property located at 3162  
27th St. S.  
A motion was made by Schwarz, seconded by Gallager, to APPROVE appeal  
and waive fees. The motion carried by voice vote 2-1 (Reynolds voted no).  
Request from Council Member Kahlow to install temporary speed bumps on  
9th and 11th Streets, in the 200 South blocks (King to Cass) during the  
month of August 2022.

due back by 5/16/2022. The motion carried by voice vote.  
Finding & Order to establish 2-Hour parking, 8 A.M to 6 P.M., except Sat.,  
Sun., & Hol. on both sides of the 2100 block of Coulee Dr.

AN ORDINANCE to amend Sections 40-103, various subsections of  
40-106(3), 32-106(e), 4-45(b), 4-109(b) and 115-398(g) and to create various  
subsections of 40-106(3) of the Code of Ordinance for the City of La Crosse  
regarding outdoor dining areas in public right-of-way.

A motion was made by Gallager, seconded by Schwarz, that this Ordinance be  
RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED AS AMENDED (to include building permits for  
outdoor structures, fencing height when necessary for vision corner triangles  
and distance requirements from fire hydrants and crosswalks) to the Judiciary  
& Administration Committee, due back by 5/3/2022. The motion carried by  
voice vote.
