Approval of Minutes
A motion was made by Trane, seconded by Kahlow, to APPROVE the minutes
of July 5, 2022. The motion carried by voice vote (Schwarz abstained).
Agenda Items:
Request to set the date for the Fall City Auction for Saturday, October 8, 2022,
with viewing at 9:00AM and the auction at 10:00AM.

Construction Contract Change Order.
A motion was made by Gallager, seconded by Trane, to APPROVE. The motion
carried by voice vote.
Resolution appropriating unused funds to upgrade Water Utility network
infrastructure for the SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition)
system.
A motion was made by Gallager, seconded by Kahlow, that this Resolution be
ADOPTED. The motion carried by voice vote.
