The meeting was called to order at 6:05pm.

Approval of the November 30, 2023 Meeting Minutes.

Eric Garland moved to approve the minutes. Greg Clark seconded. The motion  
passed 5-0 by voice vote.  
Agenda Items:  
Annual Code of Ethics Policy Review.

CM Mackenzie Mindel asked if all of the Commissioners had read the Code of  
Ethics. All had stated that they had.  
Heritage Preservation Commission Training- Wisconsin Historical Society

Jason Tish from the Wisconsin Historical Society provided Historic Preservation  
Commission Training for the Commissioners.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:00pm.
