Notices and Discussions  
Trost wanted to thank the departments involved in creating the multi-lingual directional  
sign in the lobby and expressed her pride in the efforts that the City has taken to be  
more inclusive. Janssen mentioned that the week prior was Municipal Clerks week and  
wanted to bring attention to the great job of the clerks at City Hall and those at the  
County. Kahlow recognized and thanked the Parks and Recreation department and  
others involved with the sustainability initiatives in the City.
