Approval of Minutes  
A motion was made by Kahlow, seconded by Schwarz, to APPROVE the  
minutes of March 28, 2022. The motion carried by voice vote.

320 Pearl Street request to place sign in City Right of Way.  
A motion was made by Kahlow, seconded by Schwarz, to APPROVE. The  
motion carried by voice vote.  
Request for Temporary Street Privilege Permit for a temporary pedestrian  
tunnel along State Street and 3rd Street for facade and window repairs to the  
Wettstein building by Fowler & Hammer through June 30, 2022.  
A motion was made by Gallager, seconded by Kahlow, to APPROVE. The  
motion carried by voice vote.  
Lemonweir Valley Telephone Company request to place communications in  
City Right of Way.

A motion was made by Gallager, seconded by Schwarz, to APPROVE. The  
motion carried by voice vote.  
Request from Council Member Sleznikow to reinstall temporary speed bumps  
on 29th Street South near the trail access from April 15 - September 15, 2022.  
A motion was made by Kahlow to APPROVE. Failed due to lack of a second.  
A motion was made by Schwarz, seconded by Gallager, to REFER two weeks,  
due back by 4/18/2022. The motion carried by voice vote.  
Request for extension of Temporary Street Privilege Permit for the partial  
closure of State Street and traffic shift on 3rd Street N for roof repairs to the  
Wettstein building by Interstate Roofing for three (3) additional weeks.

motion carried by voice vote.  
Finding & Orders documenting existing 2-Hour parking in the 1000 block of  
Jackson Street on the South side of the road.  
A motion was made by Gallager, seconded by Schwarz, to APPROVE. The  
motion carried by voice vote.  
Authorization to enter into 3-year contract with KorTerra.

Request for permission to Excavate in New Street for utilities for a new home  
at 1332 Caledonia Street.  
A motion was made by Gallager, seconded by Schwarz, to APPROVE. The  
motion carried by voice vote.

Resolution approving the partial alley vacation between 11th Street and  
10th Street, Ferry Street and Division Street.  
A motion was made by Schwarz, seconded by Kahlow, to refer to Finance &  
Personnel without recommendation. The motion carried by voice vote 4-1  
(Kahlow voted no).  
Jurisdictional Offer for 108-110 Causeway Blvd. (Note: The Committee and/or  
Council may convene in closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(e) to  
formulate & update negotiation strategies and parameters. Following such  
closed session, the Committees and/or Council may reconvene in open session.)  
A motion was made by Gallager, seconded by Kahlow, to RECONSIDER. The  
motion carried by voice vote.  
A motion was made by Gallager, seconded by Schwarz, to CONVENE IN  
CLOSED SESSION pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(e) to formulate & update  
negotiation strategies and parameters. The motion carried unanimously by  
roll call vote.
