Approval of Minutes of March 24, 2022 Meeting  
A motion was made by Richmond, seconded by Kovari, that these minutes be  
ADOPTED BY SINGLE VOTE. The motion carried by voice vote.

A motion was made by Richmond, seconded by Fimple, that the updated draft  
agreement by Ehlers be APPROVED. The motion carried by voice vote.  
Discussion and possible action on The River Point District PDD Document.  
A motion was made by Kovari, seconded by Richmond to APPROVE the PDD  
Document with the amendments of moving stucco from "recommended  
secondary materials” to “recommended accent materials” in section 4.3 of the  
document. Also inserting to section 4.3 of the document that design materials  
and proportions may be subject to review and approval by city staff and the  
Redevelopment Authority. The motion carried by voice vote.  
Discussion and possible action on the Design Review Process for River Point  
District Developments.

A motion was made by Przytarski, seconded by Richmond, that the Design  
Review Process for River Point District Developments be APPROVED AS  
AMENDED. Amendment proposed is that the Design Review plans for River  
Point District Developments be approved by city staff followed by approval by  
the Redevelopment Authority. The final approval would then be by the City  
Plan Commission with the provision that the design review plans that are sent  
to the City Plan Commission are also shared with the Redevelopment Authority  
Members. If there are any changes to the plans, they need to be identified and  
sent back to the Redevelopment Authority for approval. The motion carried by  
voice vote.
