Discussion and possible action on the Design Review Process for River Point
District Developments.

A motion was made by Przytarski, seconded by Richmond, that the Design
Review Process for River Point District Developments be APPROVED AS
AMENDED. Amendment proposed is that the Design Review plans for River
Point District Developments be approved by city staff followed by approval by
the Redevelopment Authority. The final approval would then be by the City
Plan Commission with the provision that the design review plans that are sent
to the City Plan Commission are also shared with the Redevelopment Authority
Members. If there are any changes to the plans, they need to be identified and
sent back to the Redevelopment Authority for approval. The motion carried by
voice vote.
