Call to Order
Mayor Reynolds called the meeting to order at 3:00pm.

Douglas Happel, Linda Lee, Chris Kahlow, Vicki Markussen, Mitch
Reynolds, Colin Walsh,Gina Miller
Approval of Minutes from the May 24, 2023 meeting.
A motion was made by Kahlow, seconded by Happel, that these minutes be
APPROVED. The motion carried by voice vote.
Election of Officers
Kahlow nominated Mayor as Chair. There were no other nominations. The
vote passed by unanimous consent.
Happel nominated Kahlow as Vice Chair. There were no other nominations.
The vote passed by unanimous consent.
Agenda Items:
Resolution approving an appropriation of the City’s ARPA monies
earmarked for childcare to go towards a second-year contract with The
Parenting Place.
Attachments:
A motion was made by Kahlow, seconded by Lee, that the Amended
Resolution (on Legistar) be ADOPTED. The motion carried by voice vote.
Review and approve the Sprinkler System Grant guidelines.
