Approval of the January 5, 2022 Meeting Minutes.

A motion was made by Lee, seconded by Garland that the January meeting  
minutes be approved. The motion carried by voice vote.  
Annual Code of Ethics Policy Review

Committee members verbally committed to the abide by the City's ethics policy.  
CM Sleznikow asked if the Commission read the Code of Ethics. The  
Commission agreed that they had.  
Collaboration of Green Spaces Update.

The Parks Department provide an update on the program.  
Review of Draft Ordinance regarding the elimination of off-street parking  
requirements in the commercial zoning districts.  
A motion was made by Garland, seconded by Lee, that this Ordinance be  
RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED to the Neighborhood Revitalization  
Commission, due back by 3/2/2022. The motion carried by voice vote.  
Review of Draft Ordinances to Eliminate Multi-Family Off-Street Parking  
Requirements.

The Commission review the proposed ordinance and recommended that staff  
bring it back to the neighborhoods for comment.  
Update on Alternate Side Parking.

Alternate side parking is proposed to only be activated when it snows 2 inches or  
more.

A motion was made by Geary, seconded by Lee, that the meeting be  
adjourned at 7:33 p.m. The motion carried by voice vote.
