Agenda Items:
Application of Kimberly Reshel for a Beverage Operator's License and appeal
of denial by the Police Department.
Note: The Committee and/or Council may convene in closed session pursuant to Wis.
Stats. sec. 19.85(1)(a) to deliberate its decision. Following any closed session, the
Committees and/or Council may reconvene in open session.
A motion was made by Woodard, seconded by Neumeister to CONVENE in
Closed Session pursuant to Wis. Stats. sec. 19.85(1)(a) to deliberate its decision;
the motion carried unanimously by roll call vote.
A motion was made by Woodard, seconded by Neumeister to RECONVENE in
OpenSession; the motion carried unanimously by roll call vote.
A motion was made by Woodard, seconded by Trost, to deny the appeal of
Kimberly Reshel due to the following reasons: pursuant to Wis. Stats 125.04(5)
(a)(1) the applicant does not qualify to hold a beverage operator's license due
to past arrest and conviction record, and it is not in the best interests of the City
to grant said license. The motion carried by the following vote:
