Mayor Reynolds called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m.

Approval of Minutes  
A motion was made by Kahlow, seconded by Gallager, to APPROVE the  
minutes of March 21, 2022. The motion carried by voice vote.

Request to dispute snow shoveling charges for the property located at 2043

A motion was made by Schwarz, seconded by Kahlow, to DENY in part  
reducing the linear footage by half. The motion carried by voice vote.  
Request to dispute snow shoveling charges for the property located at 1011  
17th St. S.  
A motion was made by Gallager, seconded by Kahlow, DENY in part based on  
the Chief Inspector recommendation to reduce 30 linear footage. The motion  
carried by voice vote.  
Request to dispute snow shoveling charges for the property located at 1647  
Redfield St.

A motion was made by Schwarz to DENY in part reducing linear footage by  
half. Failed due to no second.  
A motion was made by Gallager, seconded by Schwarz, to DENY in part  
waiving the administrative fee. The motion carried by voice vote.  
Request to dispute snow shoveling charges for the property located at 1730  
Charles St.

A motion was made by Gallager, seconded by Kahlow, to DENY. The motion  
carried by voice vote.  
Request to dispute snow shoveling charges for the property located at 2514  
State St. and 2518 State St.  
A motion was made by Schwarz to DENY in part reducing the lineal footage in  
half on both invoices. FAILED due to lack of second.  
A motion was made by Kahlow, seconded by Gallager, to DENY. The motion  
carried by voice vote 3-1 (RS voted no).  
Approval of New Sidewalk Construction on Hayes Street.

A motion was made by Kahlow, seconded by Schwarz, to APPROVED. The  
motion carried by voice vote.  
Water System Master Plan Update Contract Amendment #2.  
A motion was made by Gallager, seconded by Kahlow, to APPROVED. The  
motion carried by voice vote.  
Request to direct the City Facility and Grounds Division, to initiate the  
evaluation process for La Crosse Center privatization consideration, with the  
Facility and Grounds Division Director providing updates to the Board of  
Public Works on a needed basis.  
A motion was made by Gallager, seconded by Kahlow, to REFER to the La  
Crosse Center Board. The motion carried by voice vote.  
Request for variance to shared sewer lateral policy at 514 and 526 Mississippi  
Street.

on easement. The motion carried by voice vote.

of SEH. The motion carried by voice vote.  
212 Main Street Permit request to place Awning in City Right of Way.  
A motion was made by Gallager, seconded by Kahlow, to APPROVE. The  
motion carried by voice vote.  
508 Jay Street Request to place sign and awning in City right of way.  
A motion was made by Kahlow, seconded by Gallager, to APPROVE. The  
motion carried by voice vote.  
Jurisdictional Offer for 108-110 Causeway Blvd. (Note: The Committee and/or  
Council may convene in closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(e) to  
formulate & update negotiation strategies and parameters. Following such  
closed session, the Committees and/or Council may reconvene in open session.)
