Approval of Minutes  
A motion was made by Kahlow, seconded by Schwarz, to APPROVE the  
minutes of March 14, 2022. The motion carried by voice vote.

Charter SPP request for Communications in ROW at Park Drive to Eco Park.

direction that Charter coordinate with City staff regarding identified conflicts.

212 Main Street Permit request to place Awning in City Right of Way.

A motion was made by Kahlow, seconded by Schwarz, to REFER one week  
with direction to route to Heritage Preservation Commission. The motion  
carried by voice vote.  
508 Jay Street Request to place sign and awning in City right of way.  
A motion was made by Kahlow, seconded by Schwarz, to REFER one week  
with direction to route to Heritage Preservation Commission. The motion  
carried by voice vote.  
Request to approve a new refined program process for the citizen planting  
program Beautify La Crosse; a program inviting citizens to take part in  
creating a more aesthetically pleasing and sustainable landscape throughout  
La Crosse.  
A motion was made by Kahlow, seconded by Schwarz, to APPROVE. The  
motion carried by voice vote.  
Announcement of a new sustainable initiative by the Parks, Recreation, and  
Forestry Department, "No Mow May".

Utility is requesting approval to hire a consultant to assist in positioning itself to  
receive Federal Infrastructure Funding.  
A motion was made by Gallager, seconded by Kahlow, to APPROVE. The  
motion carried by voice vote.  
Finding and Orders to amend existing parking to 15 minute Loading Zone on  
east side 100 block of 5th Avenue north, from a point 100 feet north of the  
North line of Main Street, to a point 40 feet northerly thereof.
