Mayor Reynolds called the meeting to order at 4:02pm.

Approval of Minutes from the April 4, 2022 meeting.  
A motion was made by Yager, seconded by Neumeister, that this be ADOPT  
ACTIONS BY SINGLE VOTE. The motion carried by voice vote.  
Agenda Items:  
AN AMENDED ORDINANCE to create Subsections 115-398 (f)(2) and (3) of  
the Code of Ordinances of the City of La Crosse regarding fences on City  
owned property.

A motion was made by Neumeister, seconded by Gallager, that this Ordinance  
be RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED AS RECOMMENDED BY STAFF to the  
Judiciary & Administration Committee. The motion carried by voice vote.  
Staff recommends denial of proposed Ordinance 115-398(f)(2) regarding fences  
for city owned and operated campgrounds.  
Staff recommends approval of proposed Ordinance 115-398(f)(3) regarding the  
screening of fences for City Utility property.  
AN ORDINANCE to amend Subsection 115-110 of the Code of Ordinances of  
the City of La Crosse transferring certain property from the Special Multiple  
Dwelling District - to the Public and Semi-Public District allowing for uniform  
zoning across both parcels at 404 13th St. N and 1305 Pine St.

A motion was made by Yager, seconded by Cherf, that this Ordinance be  
RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED to the Judiciary & Administration Committee.  
The motion carried by voice vote.  
Resolution Approving Certified Survey Map - Part of SW 1/4 - SE 1/4, Section  
2, NW 1/4 - NE 1/4, Section 11; all in T15N-R7W; Town of Shelby, La Crosse  
County, Wisconsin.  
A motion was made by Neumeister, seconded by Sciammas, that this  
Plat/Certified Survey Map be APPROVED. The motion carried by voice vote.  
AN ORDINANCE to amend Subsection 115-110 of the Code of Ordinances of  
the City of La Crosse transferring certain property from the Multiple Dwelling  
District - to the Light Industrial District allowing for personal storage and work  
space at 818 Gould St.

A motion was made by Sciammas, seconded by Cherf to open public hearing.  
The motion carried by voice vote.  
A motion was Cherf, seconded by Sciammas to REFER for 30 days. The motion  
carried by voice vote.

Review of updated plans allowing for additional parking for 3100 Berlin  
Drive, Lot 28 in International Business Park  
A motion was made by Cherf, seconded by Sciammas to open public hearing.  
The motion carried by voice vote.  
A motion was made by Cherf, seconded by Sciammas to close public hearing.  
The motion carried by voice vote.  
A motion was made by Neumeister, seconded by Cherf that this item be  
APPROVED. The motion carried by voice vote.
