The meeting was called to order at 6:00 pm.

Approval of Minutes  
Approval of December 4, 2024 and December 10, 2024 meeting minutes.  
There was a motion by Geary, second by CM Sleznikow to approve both  
meeting minutes. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote.  
Agenda Items:

Annual Code of Ethics Policy Review.  
All Committee Members acknowledged they had read and agree to the Code  
of Ethics Policy.  
Single-family homes conversion to rentals: legal information from Wisconsin State Statute.

Staff provided information regarding the limitations that the Wisconsin State  
Statute places on municipalities for regulating single-family home conversion.  
Updates: Staff update on Zoning Code process, housing valuation data and impact  
on tax base.

Staff provided an update that the City has begun the process to update the  
Zoning Code.  
Commissioner Green explained what the attached housing valuation data  
attached to the agenda explains. The Commission had a discussion on the  
housing valuation data.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:00 pm.
