Approval of Minutes from the July 30th, 2024 meeting.

A motion was made by Sprang, seconded by Handy that these minutes be
APPROVED. Voice vote carried unanimously.

a. Public Member
A motion was made by Handy, seconded by Sprang to appoint Delagrave as
Public Member. Voice vote carried unanimously.
b. Chairperson
A motion was made by Delagrave, seconded by Sprang to appoint Mayor
Reynolds as chair person. Voice vote carried unanimously.

Review the annual reports and the performance and status of each Tax
Incremental District governed by the Joint Review Board as required by
Wis. Stat. ยง 66.1105(4m)(f).
