The meeting was called to order by the Working Group Chair Larry Sleznikow at 12:12  
p.m.

Approval of Minutes  
A motion was made by Neumann, seconded by Kiel, to APPROVE the minutes  
of December 12, 2024. The motion carried unanimously.  
Agenda Items:  
Proposed City Administrator position.

No action taken.  
Review and discussion about City department head interviews.

Sleznikow handed out a compilation of interview responses and the raw data to working  
group members.  
A motion was made by Janssen, seconded by Kiel, to share the department  
head interview responses with all department heads, City council members,  
and the Mayor. The motion carried unanimously.  
Development of future agenda topics and upcoming meeting agendas.  
Further discussion of department head interview responses  
Develop questions for the meeting with the City’s Director of Human Resources.  
Public engagement about hiring a city administrator.

- What does public engagement look like?  
- When and where would information meetings be scheduled and noticed? Information  
sessions would require a special meeting of the City Administrator Working Group with  
a quorum of members.
