Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at 4:05 p.m.

Roll Call

3 - Sondra Craig, Mary Groeschner,Pam Mueller

Present:

Purpose of meeting: to process and tally provisional ballots and to canvass

the returns of the April 7, 2026 Spring Election.

Two of the six provisional ballots were rehabbed, both were in Ward 26. The additional

votes were tallied and added to the official results.

Review of write-in tally sheets - no registered write-in candidates for local offices.

Review of results tapes, Inspector Statements and voting statistics - all verified, with

no changes.

Certification of Municipal Board of Canvassers was signed, noting the winning

candidate of the April 7, 2026 Spring Election:
