AN ORDINANCE to amend Section 22-23 of the Code of Ordinances of the City  
of La Crosse regarding membership of the Human Rights Commission.  
AN ORDINANCE to amend various sections in Chapter 36 Solid Waste of the  
Code of Ordinances of the City of La Crosse to incorporate changes relating to  
single-stream refuse and recycling.  
AN ORDINANCE to amend Subsection 115-110 of the Code of Ordinances of  
the City of La Crosse by transferring certain property from the Single Family  
Residence District to the Residence District allowing for construction of a 2-unit  
townhome at 943 Hood Street.  
AN ORDINANCE to repeal Subsection 44-69 (5), (37), (40), (44) of the Code of  
Ordinances of the City of La Crosse to remove the traffic control signals from  
the intersections of West Avenue and South Avenue; South Avenue, East  
Avenue, and Ward Avenue; 16th Street and Main Street; and Seventh Street  
and Cass Street.  
AN ORDINANCE to amend Subsection 115-110 of the Code of Ordinances of  
the City of La Crosse by transferring certain property from the Light Industrial  
District to the Community Business District allowing for construction of a mixed  
use, multifamily development at 401 3rd St. N.  
Resolution approving Electrical Underground Distribution Easement.  
Resolution and report of the Board of Public Works on the costs of operating  
and maintaining the parking system in downtown La Crosse.

401 2nd Street N Suite 102, allowing permission to apply for allowing for vacant  
commercial space on ground floor to be built out as 8 apartments.  
Resolution authorizing contract renewal for the State of Wisconsin Hazardous  
Materials Response System Services contract with City of La Crosse for  
2023-2025.  
Resolution approving Agreement and Acknowledgement between Riverside  
Center III, LLC and the City of La Crosse regarding the parking ramp.  
Resolution granting various license applications pursuant to Chapters 4, 6,  
and/or 10 of the La Crosse Municipal Code for the license period 2023-2024  
(August).  
ITEMS RECOMMENDED TO BE RE-REFERRED  
AN ORDINANCE to amend Subsection 115-110 of the Code of Ordinances of  
the City of La Crosse by transferring certain property from the Special Multiple  
Dwelling District to the Planned Development District - General allowing for  
construction of approximately 14 2-bedroom homes at 5917 River Run Rd.  
Recommended to be referred 30 days to the September 2023 meetings.
