Motion made Dickinson, seconded by Trane, to APPROVE the minutes from
June 15, 2026. The motion carried unanimously.

Xcel Energy Street Privilege Permit request for new gas main and services on
La Crosse Street from East Avenue North to 24th Street North.
Motion made by Goggin, seconded by Gallager, to APPROVE. Motion carried
by the following vote:

Yes:
Xcel Energy Street Privilege Permit request for new gas main and services on
East Avenue North from La Crosse Street to Pine Street.
