The meeting was called to order at 1:00 pm.

Young motioned, Pueschner seconded to let the Committees original  
recommendation of alternative 1 stand.  
Ericson motioned to amend the motion to rank the options as follows and  
include his attached memo in the recommendation. Young seconded.  
1. Alternative 1 (most preferred)  
2. Alternative 3 (hybrid proposal)  
3. Alternative 2 (least preferred)  
The amendment passed unanimously.  
The motion passed 6-1. Hughes not in favor.  
The meeting adjourned at 2:02 pm.
