Approval of Minutes  
A motion was made by Padesky, and seconded by Ericson to approve. The  
motion passed unanimously.

Lease Agreement with Lamers Bus Lines

A motion was made by Smith, and seconded by Donahue to approve. The  
motion passed unanimously.  
Fleet Update  
Waiting on final two buses to be delivered. These buses put the fleet of 24 all  
within their useful life.  
Technology Update  
Mobile tracking app user numbers update and future UPC tracking program.  
Shelter Revitalization Program  
Shelters, benches and lighting updates.  
Upcoming Events and Program Updates  
Transit Equity Day, Mobility Go, Talking Transit, Week without Driving, future  
route and system needs to be addressed.
