A motion was made by Trost, seconded by Gallager that the following  
amendments be approved. The motion passed by voice vote.  
In the Flood Control, Harbors, & Waterfront category:

#26995 – move all $3.3M from 2027 to 2028  
#26776 – move all $150k from 2027 to 2028  
A motion was made by Gallager, seconded by Yager that the following  
amendment be approved. The motion passed by voice vote.  
In the Parks, Recreation, & Forestry category:  
•
#26923 – move all $745k from 2027 to 2029  
No changes to funding sources or amounts, just timeline.  
A motion was made by Gallager, seconded by Trost, that this Budget be  
referred as amended to the next CPC meeting. The motion carried by voice  
vote.
