Council President Dickinson called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.

Status update and possible action regarding the Town of Campbell
incorporation petition in La Crosse County Case 2024-CV-646.
(Note: The Council may convene in closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(g)
to confer with legal counsel. Following such closed session, the Council may
reconvene in open session.)
A motion was made by Kahlow, seconded by Padesky, to convene in closed
session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(g) to confer with legal counsel. The
motion carried unanimously.
Unanimous consent to reconvene in open session at 6:28 p.m.
A motion was made by Padesky, seconded by Newberry, to appeal the IRB
decision on Town of Campbell incorporation. The motion carried by the
following vote:
