Approval of Minutes for the November 14, 2022 meeting.  
A motion was made by Richmond, seconded by Przytarski, that these minutes  
be APPROVED. The motion carried by voice vote.

A motion was made by Richmond, seconded by Fimple, that this General Item  
be REFERRED FOR 30 DAYS to the Redevelopment Authority. The motion  
carried by voice vote.

Manager Position to Jason Gilman. The motion carried by voice vote.  
A special RDA meeting will be called in January to approve the contract.
