Mayor Washington-Spivey called this meeting to order at 3:01 PM.

Approval of Minutes of the April 23rd, 2025 meeting.
A motion was made by Lee to remove her attendance from the April 23rd, 2025
meeting.
A motion was made by Dickinson, seconded by Miller that these minutes be
APPROVED as amended. Voice vote carried unanimously.
Election of Officers
A motion was made by Dickinson to nominate Mayor Washington-Spivey as
chair. Voice vote carried unanimously.
A motion was made by Miller to nominate Dickinson as vice chair. Voice vote
carried unanimously.
