The meeting was called to order by the Working Group Chair, Larry Sleznikow at 6:03  
p.m.

Proposed City Administrator position.  
Those attending the session received a printed copy of the two-page city administrator  
overview that includes a link and QR code to the proposed city administrator website.  
Weston provided a short introduction about the legislation to create an office of city  
administrator. That legislation will be returning for city council consideration in  
February 2026. She also described the formation and work of the city administration  
working group. The city administrator working group website and online public  
feedback survey were demonstrated while being shown on monitors for attendees to  
see. Following this, public comments and questions were taken from the audience.  
Answers to questions were provided when possible. Answers to questions that required  
further clarification for accuracy will be added to the FAQ section of the website.
