Request of Engineering Department to approve MOU with WisDOT for  
design and survey process on STH 16, from 7th Street to 11th Street.

Review of City's pipeline license dispute with Burlington Northern Santa  
Fe Railroad. (Note: The Committee and/or Council may convene in closed session
