Annual Code of Ethics Policy Review.
CM Mackenzie Mindel made sure that the Commission reviewed the Code of
Ethics Policy.
Review of a Certificate of Appropriateness for the building located at 529 Main
Street. (Noelke Building)
Staff provided an overview of the project and their recommendation.
Greg Clark asked if the windows are Chicago Style of windows. Staff stated
that they were not.
Eric Garland asked if the awning was also being recreated. Staff stated that it
was not on the plans.
Greg Clark moved to approve as submitted. Natalie Heneghan seconded.
CM Mindel asked if they wanted to put the awning back on would it have to
come back to the Commission. Staff stated that tit would.
Ellie McLoone asked how tall the storefront windows were. Marcus Zettler,
architect for the project, stated that they were 16-18ft and that the awning is not
going to be replaced.
The motion passed 6-0.
Historic Preservation Commission Training- Jason Tish, Wisconsin Historical Society

Jason Tish, with the Wisconsin Historical Society, provided historic
preservation training to the commissioners.
