The meeting was called to order at 4:05 p.m. by Mayor Shaundel Washington-Spivey.

Update and discussion on status of boundary agreement negotiations with

surrounding communities. (Note: The Committee may convene in closed session  
pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(e) to formulate & update negotiation strategies and  
parameters. Following such closed session, the Committee may reconvene in open  
session.)  
A motion was made by Dickinson, seconded by Weston, to CONVENE IN  
CLOSED SESSION pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(e) to formulate & update  
negotiation strategies and parameters. The motion carried unanimously with  
yes votes by Washington-Spivey, Dickinson, and Weston.  
Council Member Northwood arrived at 4:08 p.m.
