The meeting was called to order at 8:30am.

Election of Officers  
A motion was made by McArdle, seconded by Stensen, to nominate Kahlow for  
chair. Motion carried by voice vote.  
A motion was made by Stensen, seconded by Kahlow, to nominate Manges as  
vice chair. Motion carried by voice vote.  
Approval of Minutes  
A motion was made by McArdle, seconded by Morris, to approve the May  
meeting minutes, the motion carried by voice vote.

Agenda Items:  
Request to approve North La Crosse Business Association to paint the  
fiberglass eagle at the Eagle Viewing watch using donations raised by  
members of the NLBA.

APPROVED . The motion carried by voice vote.  
Request to approve changes to Annual Grant Program Submission

1 year for Community Enhancement Grants.  
The motion carried by the following vote:
