A motion was made by Dunn, seconded by Janssen, to APPROVE the minutes.

purchase agreement. Voice vote carried unanimously.

A motion was made by Janssen, seconded by Fimple, that the land sale  
amount and payment structuring outlined by staff APPROVED. Voice vote  
carried unanimously.
