Parking Utility Coordinator joined the meeting to discuss downtown accessible  
parking. There are 29 on street spots available. With valid placard they can  
park longer than 2 hour time limit excluding the 15 minute loading zone areas.  
there are 77 off street spots available in the ramps and surface lots.  
Update on the 2024 Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan.
