The meeting was called to order by board vice chair at 8:30am.

Approval of Minutes  
A motion was made by Moriris, seconded by McArdle to approve the minutes  
from the November meeting. Motion carried by voice vote.

Update on Public Library Mural.

Discussion and request to approve meeting start time change to 8am.

A motion was made by Freedland, seconded by Black, that this Request be  
REFERRED to the Arts Board, due back by 1/6/2026. The motion carried by  
voice vote.  
Update on budget.

No action taken  
Request to approve the allocation of remaining ARPA funds to Lettie  
Rennenkamp Mural Project.  
A motion was made by McArdle to approve as amended, allow the allocation,  
but not to exceed the originally approved $10,000 for the project. Motion failed  
to get a second, motion failed.  
A motion was made by Black, seconded by Morris to approve. The motion  
passed with the following vote.  
Yes- Black, Morris, Freedland  
No-Manges, McArdle

The meeting was adjourned at 9:15am.
