Notices and Discussions  
Janssen thanked Explore La Crosse and the Parks Department for their work in  
bringing the USS LST325 to the City. Kahlow thanked those involved in the past and  
present for their efforts in purchasing lands for the Mississippi Valley Conservancy  
and their work in removing invasive species, building trails, and planting new grasses  
and flowers. Mayor Reynolds attended the Mississippi River Cities and Towns  
Initiative annual meeting in Bemidji where he was selected to be Co-Chair; not only  
representing the City of La Crosse with this organization, but also on the national  
stage.

September 2023.
