Notices and Discussions  
Mayor Reynolds noted the thirteen National Night Out block parties in the City and  
thanked the volunteers, sponsors, and the Police and Fire Department staff that were  
involved in the events. Mayor Reynolds also noted the recent opening of the new fire  
station #4, and thanked the Clerk's office staff and election workers for their work in  
providing access to the public for in-person absentee voting. Council Member  
Dickinson noted the Trinity Lutheran Church block party happening on Monday, August  
12.

State Road 16.
