The meeting was called to order at 8:34 am.

Whitney Hughes, Chelsey Boldon, Andrew Ericson,Kevin Hundt  
Approval of December 9, 2025 Meeting Minutes.  
A motion was made by Ericson, seconded by Young, the minutes be approved.  
The motion carried on voice vote.

Annual Code of Ethics Policy Review.

All committee members have reviewed and accepted.  
Discussion on WisDOT alternatives on 3rd and 4th Street.

WisDOT presented on the alternatives. There was a motion by Hundt and  
seconded by Ericson to hold a special virtual committee meeting to further  
discuss and recommend an alternatives. Motion passed 5-3. Young, Sward and  
Boldon voted against.  
Green Complete Streets Review of 2025-2027 Street Projects.

Engineering department was present to answer questions.Pueschner left the  
meeting at 9:40 am. Motion by Ericson, second by Sward to approve as  
presented.Voice vote carried unanimously.  
Green Bay Street Project Discussion.
