Notices and Discussions
Mayor Reynolds introduced Megan Nicholson, the Wisconsin State Director for the
Humane Society of the United States, who presented Council Member Woodard with
their 2024 Humane Council Award. Council Member Trost acknowledged work of the
Planning, Development, and Assessment department and thanked them for a
successful 2024. Council Member Woodard noted that January 9 is Law Enforcement
Appreciation Day and expressed his thanks to the department for the work they do.
