be RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED to the Common Council on 3/13/2025. The

Resolution appropriating additional Utility funds for construction inspection as  
part of the STP-Urban project on 6th Street, from State St to Cass St and

be RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED to the Common Councilon 3/13/2025. The

A motion was made by Janssen, seconded by Schwarz, that the Resolution be

Resolution authorizing the Engineering and Legal Departments to record quit  
claim deeds with Oak Grove Cemetery Association to clarify land boundaries.  
A motion was made by Schwarz, seconded by Janssen, that the Resolution be  
RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED to the Common Council on 3/13/2025. The  
motion carried by the following vote:

Resolution transferring parcels associated with River Point District owned by  
the Redevelopment Authority to the City of La Crosse.  
A motion was made by Janssen, seconded by Sleznikow, that the Resolution  
be RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED to the Common Council on 3/13/2025. The  
motion carried by the following vote:

Resolution approving city funding to support the air service Minimum Revenue  
Guarantee fund development.  
A motion was made by Sleznikow, seconded by Schwarz, that the Resolution  
be RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED to the Common Council on 3/13/2025. The  
motion carried by the following vote:

Yes:  
Resolution allocating utility funding for the replacement of watermain in the  
2800 to 3100 blocks of Ward Avenue.  
A motion was made by Schwarz, seconded by Janssen, that the Resolution be  
RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED.  
A motion was made by Sleznikow, seconded by Schwarz, to OPEN public  
hearing. The motion carried unanimously.  
The following spoke: Brittany Sommerfeldt, Sarah Mosley, and Jeremy Mosley.  
Unanimous consent to close public hearing.  
The motion that the Resolution be RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED to the  
Common Council on 3/13/2025 carried by the following vote:
