RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED to the Common Council on 1/9/2025. The

Resolution approving a reorganization to the table of positions and  
classifications for the Human Resources department.

Resolution approving the Professional Services Agreement and amended  
Standard Terms and Conditions with Archeological Research Laboratory  
Center, University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee to prepare National Register of

A motion was made by Janssen, seconded by Sleznikow, that the Resolution  
be RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED to the Common Council on 1/9/2025. The  
motion carried by the following vote:

Yes:  
Resolution authorizing the City of La Crosse to apply to the Wisconsin  
Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) for the Vibrant Spaces Grant  
for the Caledonia Park Place project and provide $75,000 of TID 16 available  
cash to support the project.

A motion was made by Sleznikow, seconded by Neumann, to OPEN public  
hearing. The motion carried unanimously.

A motion was made by Neumann, seconded by Sleznikow, to CLOSE public  
hearing. The motion carried unanimously.  
A motion was made by Goggin, seconded by Janssen, that the Resolution be  
RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED to the Common Council on 1/9/2025. The  
motion carried by the following vote:
