A motion was made by Louis, seconded by McKenney. The motion carried on
voice vote.

Childcare Update for ARPA funding

Staff proposed a plan to work with The Parenting Place to oversee this project.
Commissioners had questions regarding sole sourcing, ensuring that a
sustainable revenue model was prioritized, and that this project targeted the
City of La Crosse.
Review of Facade Improvement Projects
Staff provided an overview of facade projects that were completed within the
past year that utilized either of the city's facade grant programs.
Adjournment
