Chair Hatfield called this meeting to order at 12:01 PM.

pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(e) to formulate & update negotiation strategies  
and parameters. Following such closed session, the Committee and/or  
Council may reconvene in open session.)  
Unanimous consent to go into closed session.  
A motion was made by Henline, seconded by Janssen to authorize Director  
Andrea Trane to offer $330,000 for property at 200-206 Causeway Blvd and, if  
necessary, to accept a counter offer on behalf of the Redevelopment Authority  
of up to $355,000. Voice vote carried unanimously.
