A motion was made by Janssen, seconded by Goggin, to SUSPEND CR XV for  
files 25-0988 and 25-0989. The motion carried unanimously.  
Agenda Items:  
Resolution approving a settlement of a claim concerning a motor  
vehicle-related accident that occurred on September 13, 2024.  
(Note: The Committee and/or Council may convene in closed session  
pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(g) to confer with legal counsel. Following such

A motion was made by Trost, seconded by Bedford, to reconvene in open  
session. The motion carried unanimously.
